The Silicon Valley Intellectual Property & Technology practice is looking for an experienced 2nd through 4th year patent litigation attorney with experience in District Court and ITC patent litigation. Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or physics, and an advanced degree is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred, but not required.
