The Los Angeles Corporate Finance Practice Group is looking to hire an associate with three to five years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a range of experience typical for our Corporate Finance practice, including preparation and negotiation of credit agreements, security and intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other finance documents.
