The Houston office of Bracewell & Giuliani is seeking two mid-level associates (class of 2012-2010) to join their highly regarded energy practice, gaining experience in a broad range of corporate transactions with a specific focus on projects and A&D in the electric power, natural gas and energy project sectors.

Candidates should have experience in A&D transactions, preferably in segments of the energy business. Although not required, highly desirable candidates would have some experience in project development and energy project documentation (including power purchase and operation and maintenance agreements) and energy commodity agreements and energy structured financed arrangements.
