Snell & Wilmer seeks an entry level staff attorney to work in its commercial finance group in the Salt Lake City Office. Previous experience is beneficial, but not required. The successful candidate will be involved in due diligence, documentation, negotiation and closing of sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and asset backed loans.

This position is non-partnership track but the successful candidate will be an employee of Snell & Wilmer and not an independent contractor. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for a periodic bonuses.
