Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office seeks an associate with three to six years’ experience in the area of real estate litigation, including matters involving eviction, adverse possession, quiet title, condemnation, purchase agreements, easements, and real estate commission disputes. Experience should include general litigation skills (e.g., drafting of pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing for and participating in evidentiary hearings, etc.). Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Arizona Bar required.
