Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office seeks a staff attorney with three to six years’ experience in the area of real estate litigation, including matters involving eviction, adverse possession, quiet title, condemnation, purchase agreements, easements, and real estate commission disputes. Experience should include general litigation skills (e.g., drafting of pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing for and participating in evidentiary hearings, etc.). Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for a periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Staff Attorneys are not eligible for medical or other benefits.
