Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate to join the Firm’s New York office. Candidates must be licensed in New York and have between three and four years of experience in general commercial litigation. General responsibilities include: supervising and performing document review and related production tasks; conducting extensive legal research in a variety of areas; drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, complaints, letters to the court, affidavits, and articles and client advisories; engaging in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including drafting motions for summary judgment, motions opposing class certification, motions to compel, and temporary restraining orders; summarizing and analyzing documents and deposition testimony; and conducting fact investigation. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
