The ideal candidate will be a versatile tax practitioner with a transactional focus and detailed knowledge of partnership and corporate tax. This is a senior level position with no portable business requirement. The opportunity is to serve in a key role in the Firm’s active transactional practice and as a resource for the Firm’s other practice groups such as bankruptcy, finance, international and real estate.
