Arent Fox LLP is seeking a 2nd – 3rd year associate for its business litigation department.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience, and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Candidates must also be highly organized, be able to work independently, with minimal supervision and possess excellent academic credentials. Membership in the NY bar is required.
