Thompson Hine LLP’s New York office is seeking an Associate with 5-7 years of general commercial finance transactional experience (including secured transactions experience) who is either trained or interested in being trained in the area of corporate trust. The successful candidate will be involved in complex domestic and international transactional finance and corporate trust matters.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials and work experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills. Candidates must be licensed in New York.
