Requirements:

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• Candidates should possess between three to five years of experience in employment litigation with substantial experience and interest in defending wage and hour class actions
• Must be licensed and practicing in California
• Excellent oral advocacy, analytical and writing skills are required
• Strong Commitment to Client Services
• Graduate of top law school and member of Law Review is a plus
