Seeking an associate (2 – 4 years' experience) for Vedder's Global Transportation Finance Group in Los Angeles. Candidates should have some relevant experience in transportation finance (aviation, aerospace, railroad, marine industries), commercial lending, project finance, structured finance, equipment finance, secured finance or similar experience representing financiers, lessors, manufacturers and customers. Candidates with immediately transferable corporate/finance skills and strong academic backgrounds are preferred.
