Requirements:

Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of top tier law firm experience in M&A, corporate and securities law (including SEC and securities exchange reporting compliance), and private equity/venture capital financing matters. Candidates need to be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills and have excellent professional recommendations.
