Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an equipment finance lawyer for a staff attorney position. Preferred candidates would have one to three years of finance experience, with an emphasis on equipment finance transactions.

Responsibilities will include preparation of loan and lease documentation with respect to aircraft, rail equipment and other large equipment transactions. Attention to detail, strong drafting and computer skills are required. Additionally, excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
