Moore & Van Allen PLLC has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an

Intellectual Property associate with one to three years of experience in

technology transactional matters. Experience in patent prosecution is

also preferred.

Qualified individuals preferably will have an undergraduate

degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering). Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills required. Patent Bar membership is preferred but proper academic degree to sit for patent bar is required.
