Qualifications:

Brown Rudnick is currently seeking a mid-level (4th - 6th) year associate to join its busy Finance group. Candidates must have experience specializing in debt finance and capital markets. Work includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, high-yield debt and debtor-inpossession transactions. Additional experience with out-of-court work-outs and restructurings is a plus. Candidate will also support general corporate and M&A practices.
