Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck seeks an associate with 1-4 years of experience in natural resources law for one of our Santa Barbara, San Diego or Los Angeles offices.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas of natural resources law: water rights and water quality matters, including water supply planning, litigation, administrative proceedings, permitting and regulatory compliance; water utility concerns; water right and real property due diligence and transactions; real property entitlement; California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance; Coastal Act; Subdivision Map Act; Endangered Species Act; easement and title; and public law issues.
