Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck seeks an associate with 1-4 years of experience for our San Diego office. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: natural resources and environmental law, project development, administrative proceedings, permitting and regulatory compliance; public and regulated utility issues; real property due diligence and transactions; real property entitlement; California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance; Coastal Act; Subdivision Map Act; Endangered Species Act; easement and title; and public law and policy issues including water and energy, climate change and air quality.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic record, strong writing, analytical, and public presentation skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a political environment with agency officials and the public.
