Washington, D.C.Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney in its Washington, DC office with experience in the law and practice of investor-state dispute settlement; defend sovereign states in international arbitration, and conduct related research on legal and factual matters with respect to Eurasian and Middle Eastern countries; experience to include resolution of investment disputes brought against sovereign states and the practice of international arbitral tribunals and institutions, interpretation of investment treaties, and application of the ICSID Convention and procedural rules; advise, communicate and lecture to government representatives on matters relating to intergovernmental investment treaties, investor-state arbitration, applicable law, the ICSID system and policy issues.
