Carlton Fields Jorden Burt is seeking an associate for its corporate practice group in Atlanta.

The ideal candidate has two to four years of experience handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate finance transactions and joint ventures, as well as a strong general corporate background. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are also required. Admission to practice in Georgia and larger law firm experience preferred (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Atlanta from major markets). Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are highly valued.
