Job Description:

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP seeks a highly qualified associate attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in the Baltimore office.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills with two to five years of mid-to-large law firm experience. Candidates will have experience in antitrust issues, financial services litigation, and complex class action litigation. General business understanding of leases, employment agreements, profit and loss issues will be helpful.
