The Real Estate group is seeking candidates with two to three years of experience in real estate finance and capital markets, including lending, CMBS and/or agency master and special servicing requests and negotiated servicing agreement transactions.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has law firm experience working with real estate investors, lenders, servicers, GSEs and/or developers on various finance, structured finance, development and purchase and sale matters. Applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume immediate responsibility. Candidate must be confident, hardworking and personable. Candidates should also have excellent academic records, strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
