The Corporate & Financial Services Group seeks an associate with two to six years of experience with Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act matters. Business development company experience and transactional exposure are a plus, as is experience with other federal securities laws.

The ideal candidate is confident, and seeking client contact and responsibility for matters early in career. Excellent academic record and law school background are required.
