The global law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is seeking an associate for our Finance & Restructuring practice group in Minneapolis, MN. Faegre Baker Daniels is an AmLaw 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Asia and the UK.

Our Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings and related litigation matters. This position includes both litigation and transactional matters for our corporate trust team. Ideal candidates will have two to four years of finance, restructuring and/or litigation experience.
