Fenwick & West, a leading Northern California and Seattle law firm, seeks an Employment Law Associate with three to five years of experience in employment law litigation and counseling. Candidates must have experience with both discovery, motion practice and other areas of pre-trial litigation (trial experience is desirable) and counseling employers.

The Employment Practices Group counsels and litigates in the areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage-hour, trade secrets/non-competition/unfair competition, workplace privacy, executive employment agreements, and many other areas pertaining to hiring, promotion, compensation and discipline. The firm regularly advises employers and trains managers concerning personnel systems, policies and practices.
