Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton is seeking a department attorney with 2+ years of experience in employment law and employment litigation to work in the San Francisco office. Class/collective action and affirmative action/OFCCP experience a plus but not required. Our national practice provides the opportunity to represent clients throughout the country and to be a part of a vibrant growth-oriented team. We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, solid experience in the employment area, and a desire to do interesting work. The position has a 1,600 billable hour requirement.
