Katten is seeking an associate with one to three years of relevant law firm experience to join our Tax department in the Chicago office. Excellent academic credentials, work references and a Illinois bar license are required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with corporate and partnership transactions, as well as proficiency in Excel. Some M&A experience is a plus
