This position requires an attorney with a JD and substantial knowledge and experience with discovery in civil litigation and/or complex investigations. Applicants must have knowledge of civil litigation procedures generally. Familiarity with e-discovery and the technology involved in e-discovery strongly preferred. Qualified candidates also should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience including involvement in document review projects or management of such projects. In addition, successful candidates should have experience with QC review, drafting privilege logs, discovery vendors, and client contact.
