Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience for its Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI or Pittsburgh, PA. This associate attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating documents for real estate transactions, financings and commercial closings. Qualified candidates must have experience with diverse, commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management and leasing. Candidates who have experience representing real estate development clients and also experience with general corporate and transactional matters are preferred. Experience with and knowledge of construction issues is desirable. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. Strong academic credentials are essential.
