The Chicago office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a fourth to sixth year associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences practice.

Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates should possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the life science industry including FDA regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, and clinical research. Experience negotiating commercial agreements is preferred but not required. Juris Doctorate degree required.
