Technology Associate needed for our Technology, Telecommunications and Outsourcing Practice Group (Corporate Department).

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of large law firm experience in the area of technology and IP licensing arrangements, transfer of technology and intellectual property, and outsourcing contracts, as well as New Jersey, New York or Connecticut Bar admission. Said candidate will provide support to this group in the areas of computer science, media and communications, antitrust, the sciences and engineering for large and small businesses in a variety of industries.
