Loeb & Loeb’s Entertainment Department is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Motion Picture and Television practice group in the Los Angeles office. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years entertainment transactional experience in a major law firm or recognized entertainment boutique.

This position will specifically focus on distribution, production and finance. Candidates with a substantial corporate background will also be considered. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required.
