Pepper Hamilton’s Commercial Litigation Practice is hiring a mid-level Antitrust associate with at least two years of antitrust regulatory, litigation and counseling experience, including dealing with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the “HSR Act”) and merger control compliance issues. This attorney should be able to assess HSR reportability, prepare or supervise preparation of HSR forms and manage filing preparation, as well as handle substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions, Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling matters. Experience in HSR notification compliance and representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in merger clearance matters is essential. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
