The Los Angeles, CA office of Venable LLP is looking for a technical transactions associate with large law firm or intellectual property boutique experience, new media and advertising experience preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and a minimum of three to six years of experience. Principal duties include structuring, negotiating and drafting software development, license, and advertising agreements and counseling clients on a wide range of commercial and regulatory compliance matters, including intellectual property.
