Seeking a midlevel associate with 5-6 years of high-level litigation experience to join a busy complex commercial litigation practice group with particular emphasis on class action/MDL work. Experience with products liability matters and/or the financial services industry a plus. The candidate should have a very strong academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and experience handling complex litigation preferably at a large law firm.
