Dechert is seeking associates with exceptional abilities, training, and credentials to join its Trademark/Copyright group to handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including searching, clearance, and prosecution; infringement disputes; intellectual property licensing and acquisitions; TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings; advertising review; and other counseling and transactional matters. Dechert’s clients in the U.S. and abroad hold some of the world’s largest trademark portfolios, and the firm’s practice is international in scope. Associates must have advanced writing, analytical, and organizational skills and be experienced with providing advice on sophisticated trademark and copyright issues. The ideal candidate has 5 years of trademark and copyright and/or IP transactional experience.
