Job Description:

DLA Piper is seeking a mid- senior level associate to work in its Intellectual Property and Technology – Trademark, Media, and Copyright Group. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of BigLaw or boutique experience in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement; research relevant case law; trademark portfolio management; trademark clearance searching, and trademark and copyright licensing. Applicants must have strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools and must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where they will be located.
