Duane Morris LLP seeks a senior level construction attorney to join its growing construction practice in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience arbitrating and/or litigating large construction contract claims, preferably in power, chemical, energy, infrastructure, process plant, or heavy industrial projects. Candidates with extensive experience in complex contract/commercial litigation are encouraged to apply. Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with Pennsylvania bar admission (or ability to waive in) is required. Engineering, construction management or other technical degree or equivalent work experience is a plus, but is not required.
