Sedgwick LLP seeks a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate for our Miami office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of toxic tort experience, including asbestos litigation. This exciting opportunity will involve working with large case dockets as part of a dynamic team with good leadership and mentorship. You will take and defend depositions and handle motion practice; you’ll also get direct client contact and guidance. All candidates must have exceptional research, writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility – as well as excellent deposition skills.
