We are seeking, for our New York and Charlotte offices, exceptional mid-level capital markets/transactional attorneys with experience in debt capital markets transactions and/or non-real estate secured lending transactions, ideally with substantial structured finance/securitization experience. Our target level would be a 2nd to 7th year associate.
