We are seeking a mid-level attorney with the following expertise:

1. Real Estate development experience
2. Licensed in Texas
3. Office Leasing (landlord or tenant)
4. Condominium/Mixed Use (Developer)
5. Purchase and Sale of RE (Buyer and Seller)
6. Experience with Tax Increment Finance and other economic development tools and basic zoning.
