Job Description

The San Francisco office is seeking an experienced Associate for the Real Estate Department. Substantial real estate transactional experience is required. Experience in structuring real estate joint ventures and private equity transactions, purchase and sale transactions, office leasing and general real estate is preferred. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to the California Bar.
