The New York Office is seeking 2009-2011 M&A Associates for the Corporate Department, with strong M&A experience. Extensive knowledge of M&A transactions, including public and private company transactions is required. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are also required. Candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar.
