Job Description:

Our Silicon Valley Office seeks a Private Client Associate with 1-5 years of experience. Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of estate planning, including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, charitable planning and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Experience in contested fiduciary litigation or tax controversies a plus.
