King & Spalding seeks a staff attorney for its energy regulatory practice group in the Washington office. The ideal candidates will have experience in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) electric and natural gas matters and with pipeline safety matters. Additional FERC experience, including experience with FERC’s eTariff system and electric market-based rate requirements, is preferred.
