Our Insurance Coverage Litigation Practice Group seeks an associate with 3 - 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our Sarasota, Florida office. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, large-firm or equivalent experience, and admission to the Florida bar required. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.
