The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a mid-level associate to join their dynamic Intellectual Property practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of patent procurement experience and must be admitted to practice in California. A strong technical background is required, with an advanced degree in chemistry, biology or related field. Candidates must also be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
