The Washington, DC office of Chadbourne seeks several Project Finance Associates with three to seven years of experience. Candidates must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documents and/or project-related contracts such as EPCs, PPAs, etc. Experience in project finance is highly preferred, but candidates with exceptional backgrounds in other finance or project development practices are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should also have top academic and firm credentials. Spanish or Korean speaking skills are a plus.
