Candidate should have experience with a major law firm in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private placements and financings. Securities experience is a plus. Candidate should have strong oral communication, analytical and writing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A positive attitude and an ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.
