The New York office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate to join our growing antitrust practice. The Antitrust group boasts a diverse practice with an emphasis on merger antitrust matters, cartel investigations, healthcare, privacy and data security, and antitrust litigation.

Ideal candidates will have 2 to 4 years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or government antitrust practice. Prior experience in merger antitrust analysis and filings, merger and non-merger agency investigations, antitrust litigation, agency and litigation discovery, and antitrust counseling is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of solid antitrust/litigation experience at a top law firm or government practice
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Outstanding academic credentials
• NY Bar Membership in good standing
